this is an installation at st.oswald/ halslach (upper austria) at the border between austria and the czech republic. it shows two plugs with different systems.
the idea for this objekt came when we wanted to play a gig in krumlov and had to solve this problem of different standards by damaging the czech female part.
material: steel, aluminium coated with plastic, highgrade steel

i wanted to have the turnpike between the plugs, but the czech governement didn`t allow me to dig anything in teir ground, so the austrian border police allowed me to move the turnpike three meters into austrian direction (they sacrified a part of our country in the name of art).
